Slugger Comments: Why not use the commuter lot just down Sudley road, off Portsmouth road, behind ToysRUs? Omnibus has a regular stop on the left side of the lot, and car pools meet on the right. I have found occasional slugs at the bus stop when my car pool starts, destination 14th and Independence via 66. The Bus is always an alternative here, AM and PM. Why use the tiny lot at Starbucks? Of course, there is the coffee, but the management there probably doesn't want to give up parking spots all day for a cup of coffee and a biscotti.
