This week, I rode in one day from the Telegraph lot to L'Enfant with two ladies (driver and slug no. 1) who convinced me to disembark at the Constitution Center (DOT?) Metro stop. Versus the usual Metro stop at the actual Plaza. It's just down the street and distinctly less chaotic. No doubt safer too to get out if you are a backseat passenger sitting behind the driver. This L'Enfant Metro entrance (Constitution Center) was news to me. Maybe to some of you too? If so, fyi.
