I am starting a line at the 19th & I location, next to the line for Potomac Mills, for anyone going to Old Hechinger. I have talked to several drivers both from Old Hechinger in the morning, and some drivers that have been picking up for Horner in the afternoon and there seems to be enough of an interest to give it a shot. My coworker and I will be there with a sign starting today.
