I've been in Reston for about a year now, before I was in herndon and used the Herndon-Monroe Park and Ride slug line. It wasn't such a bad idea, but it was still a long ways away from my house. Now I live about 10 minutes away from the metro but work in Rosslyn.
The Silver line is opening up this saturday...will we have an established slug line? Seriously the prices are absolutely OUTRAGEOUS....$5.90 base Smart Card fare, that's just one way. As it stands, all in all, it'll cost me upwards $250 a month just to go back and forth from work every day. A dependable slug line in the Wiehle Station would be phenomenal!
