I'm new to slugging. I've heard that pick ups in Rosslyn aren't always available for ride home so I was going to go to Pentagon to pick up riders. What's the easiet way to go from 110 to slug pick up line at Pentagon, for Rolling Valley? Are there any restricted roads to avoid?
