Umbrella left in back seat- 8/2/18

   I left a black umbrella in the back of a vehicle today, Thursday, August 2nd.  It has rainbow duct tape on the tip.  I was picked up around 8 am at the Stafford 610 lot near Lowe's by a gentleman heading to the Reagan building.  I was dropped off with another lady at 14th and Independence.  I think the vehicle was a silver Volvo.  I have ridden with this driver a few times before.  Please email me @ ricknmyl@gmail.com if you find the umbrella.  Many thanks
