East Falls Church to Washington Circle?

   I usually wait for the 9:00 AM opening of I-66 East at East Falls Church, but lately it's taking me longer and longer to get to my office near Washington Circle (23rd/Pennsylvania Avenue).  

	Are there any slugs who would be willing to wait near the entrance ramp of I-66 (for drivers making a right turn onto 66 from Roosevelt) between 8:30-8:45 AM Monday-Friday?
