Towing at Springfield Plaza

   I'm wondering if anyone's ever been towed after parking outside a blue parking spot at Springfield Plaza (there have signs everywhere, threatening towing). I'm not trying to promote doing so, but this morning at 8 a.m., the church lot was full, the American Legion lot was full, and all the SP places were full (is there anywhere else to park?). I parked in the K-mart section, right next to the last full blue space. I noticed cars in the section near the bank were parked willy-nilly...double-parked, along the curb, etc.

	I'm just very nervous, because I try to follow the rules and be a good slugger! But especially because tonight I won't be able to retrieve my car til about 11 p.m. (if it's there).
