Can anyone verify that the 123&95 to Tyson’s is an active route? If yes, where is the designated pick-up area? Thanks in advance for the info share!

I am flexible leaving Woodbridge around 6:30-7:30 am (123&95 or Horner lot) and coming back from Tysons/McLean around 6:00 pm.
