Anybody have information for slugging from RT 3 to L'enfant Plaza? Have you been successful? What time is best to get in line at RT 3 and L'enfant plaza?

I don't know about RT3, but slugging from Stafford Mine RD to L'enfant Plaza is very easy.

You have to go to Mine Rd. It is the only lot in the area that goes downtown.
