I-66 Slug line?

   So I've been slugging for a few months now and LOVE it. But, I'll be moving down 66 from Springfield. 

	I don't see any Slug Lines from out there. I was thinking we should get this going! 

	I suggest we do a pick-up/drop-off at the Vienna Metro. This way if you can't get a ride (to DC or back), you can always just take the Metro. It's a quick on/off from the highway and it's before the HOV cutoff which should make this a popular stop. 

	I do see one concern with this- I-66 only requires 2 for the HOV. I think there's a big draw to having 3 people in a car as I'm sure a lot of people feel safer this way (especially if 2 strangers get in with 1 driver). Perhaps we make it a rule that you need 3 people? Then, if you can't get a 3rd, the passenger has the option of going along or not?

	What does everyone think?
