DC to RT. 234 - Dumfries

   Our office will be moving to DC (near Mcpherson Metro) soon. I am interested to know if there is an afternoon slugline from 14th and NEW YORK going to 234.  Or do I have to walk further to 14th and F to get a ride home to 234?  If I am there between 4:05 to 4:15 pm,  about how long do I have to wait to get a ride?  About how long is the commute from DC to 234?  Would my chances be better if I just take the metro to the Pentagon and slug from there to 234?  Please advise.
