Will there be any drivers living from either 14th Street or Pentagon between 1:00 and 1:30 on Friday September 1? I am going to work 1/2 day and don't want to be stuck in traffic for 2 hours Friday evening. Thanks[:)]

Sorry - forgot to mention = going to Stafford (610 - 0ld lot behind McDonalds) I was going to take the whole day off - but hale to take next Friday off instead.
