Navy Annex (preferred)/Pentagon to RT3

   Due to the sudden growth of sluggers and drop off of drivers at the RT 3 lot, I drove in and have room for 2 more riders leaving from the Navy Annex at 4:30pm today headed to the RT 3 lot.

	I would prefer to find riders at the Navy Annex before I have to put up with the Pentagon traffic.
