Sluggers,
With Sydenstricker overflow parking being restricted to residents only, we're looking for drivers and riders to start at Saratoga Park and Ride near Rolling Rd in Springfield.  It's also a huge bus lot with Fairfax Connector buses (393 and 394) going to/from the Pentagon.

Update 1: now that parking permit signs are up, sluggers are getting parking tickets (warnings for now).
We’ve over 100 group members on the Facebook Saratoga Slug Line site. Good conversations on matching drivers with riders’ time.

What is closest access to HOV lanes from there? Can you get directly on to the HOV going North from the Fairfax County Parkway/95N intersection? I've never tried that from there. I know you can going south, via St. Albans/Backlick Rd.  Do you have to get on 95N and then use a cutover to HOV going north?

You can get on 286 North and connect to 289 South towards the metro. Then catch the HOV North entrance on the left.
