Description of found item: Size large blue windbreaker Goodfellow and Co. brand. Gentlemen who left it was a young black man who sat in the back seat. An older black man sat in the front seat and I asked them if it is typical to have slugs waiting to be picked up at 1:00.

Location: Traveled from the Pentagon to Stafford 610 at 1:00pm
