Ok, they had an entire year (plus) however the gov't decided that just as slugging will possibly restart is the perfect time to change everything.

I have occasionally stopped by the new spots the past few days, to pick up, with no luck. Same for the Pentagon PM line.

Haven't seen any activity at the church either. I can't afford to continue to park in DC....arug!
