Although I normally limit the focus of this website to only slugging, occasionally there is an opportunity to step outside my own lines. To that end, let me recommend a great book. The Girls Who Stepped Out of Line is a book that explores the untold stories of women who struggled, prevailed and served during WWII. These are the legacies of our grandmothers , the trails they blazed, and the inspiring tales of their struggles. They were spies, codebreakers, resistance fighters, and soldiers.
