On the afternoon of 03/13/2020 I found a grey ORBEN backpack with an Apple laptop inside in the backseat of my car. The young lady traveled from the Pentagon to the Stafford Route 17 lot. I drive a mineral grey Ford Fusion. I can be contacted at pmears9101@gmail.com. Thank you.
