Can someone explain to me how this carpooling lot works? I read online that it's not a slugging line so how does it work? We're considering moving in that area and it would be great for me to get into DC near the IMF/WB at 19th and I from West Springfield.

It's a slugging lot. It's pretty much strictly Pentagon slugs, and it fills up VERY quickly. If you're non-Pentagon, Rolling Valley is very close by.
