Description of lost item: Small Black Laptop Bag containing an ARC Burgundy Notebook with Tabs, Handwritten Notes and 2 Manila File Folders (size 8.5 x 11").
Date lost: Wednesday Afternoon, 08/22/18.
Location (i.e. traveled from the Pentagon to Horner) From Pentagon to Tacketts Mill.
Description of vehicle: Male driver of 4 door light colored car. I asked him if he could take 3 slugs and he agreed. I am the one who lost the bag with the notebook.
