Not sure when I found it. Probably in March 2018 sometime.

You spilled your wallet a bit in my car, and this card turned up under a seat. I found it when cleaning the car.

You are a young African-American woman.

The car is a dark blue Dodge Avenger. I picked you up in the Lake Ridge commuter lot and deposited you either at the Pentagon or somewhere along 14th Street.
