What is the earliest someone can get a ride to downtown DC from any of the lots? I work in Rockville so I take Metro and need to on when it opens. There is one option from 234 but it is not consistent and requires me to get to the lot before 3 am so I can pick up a 4:30 am ride. Does anyone pick up around 4:30 am at any other locations to go either to the Pentagon or downtown?
