Where can go to pick up riders to the MarkCenter and Back to Woodbridge?

Have you checked with the Mark Center Commuter / Parking office? I would hope that they can provide some guidance.

Send an e-mail and ask to be added to the mail list for your commuter lots. (Horner/Tackets?).

There isn't a 'traditional' slug line arrangement, rides are coordinated using the mail list.
