I am considering beginning to slug and am wondering if there is availability for a ride from Crystal City to Stafford (610) earlier than 1600? The website says best times are 1600-1700.

It depends on various factors. If I was to leave CC to go to 610 before 1600 I might go over to the Pentagon to increase my chances of getting a quick ride.
