Does anyone have a non-emergency number for the State Troopers that I can call to inquire about enforcement on days like yesterday. Pentagon to Springfield - 4pm - in all of ten minutes I counted eight single occupant non-hybrid drivers.

Is #77 considered non-emergency?

Have to agree. I haven't seen any HOV enforcement in a very long time.

Mind your own business. I was just practicing for when the HOT opens up.

But seriously .... It's been weeks since I saw anyone pulled over or stopped as a singlet and it drives me crazy

if it's that bad between 4 and 430p when there's still some daylight I can imagine what it's like after it's dark. I'm hoping that maybe...just maybe the State Troopers monitor these postings because the day of my original post I saw a Trooper had a single pulled over near Seminary. Easy pickins out there for you folks.....
