Lately there doesn't seem to be any riders going from Route 17 to 14th Street just Pentagon, Lenfant and Rosslyn. If you drive from that lot, what time do you go by to pick up riders? Thank you.

That is good to know. I need to get to the 14th Street area as well and I was wondering where I could go to pick up a ride.
