Does anyone know the deal as to why this ramp is under construction or what the plan is? I get off the ramp to commute in to Crystal City, and now that we have squeezed down to one lane, my commute time has extended by 10-15 minutes sitting in that line. Does anyone else notice how often buses cut people off too? Sharing frustrations :)

Wow, it really took them 2 years to finally do this? 2 million??!?!?! I really need to open a construction business.
