Is there any interest in starting a slug line from Gallery Place / China Town to Stafford (Mine Rd)?

Somewhat similar...How about Gallery place china town to Herndon-Monroe P&R in the afternoon?

I work in China Town and drive to Fredericksburg, VA. If we will have a line I don't mine stopping by Stafford on the way home.
