Where are the drop off and pick-up points in L'Enfant Plaza?

Drop off is usually by the entrance to the Metro (or just before - depends on traffic and idling bus situation). Sometimes closer to the rental car place, sometimes farther along in front of HUD. Sometimes drivers ask, usually they drop near Metro.

As for pick up - that depends where you are going. See the map elsewhere on this website.
