Can someone tell me how long it will take me to get from Horner Road to Rosslyn or Ballston in the morning or afternoon?

I'm trying to make a job offer decision. Thank you.

It takes me 20 minutes with slugs.

I would agree that 20 mins is average once you leave the commuter lot. Sometimes it can be a little more then that though.
