Hi. I'm starting a new job soon near Rosslyn and I want to continue slugging, but would like to know if anybody will be leaving Rosslyn or the Pentagon after 6:15 p.m. heading to Fredericksburg Route 3, Route 17,or Stafford 610 commuter lots? I would very much like to coordinate a guaranteed ride home in the evening with a daily or frequent driver.

You should have no problem getting a ride from the Pentagon at that time but from Rosslyn-- you may have an issue. I just starting working in Rosslyn too (yesterday) and I am trying to firgure out all my options for getting home in the evenings. Good Luck!

Thanks. I think I will do a trial run this week just to see if anybody is out there. I would only need a ride Mondays- Wednesdays from the Pentagon after 6:15 pm preferably. Only other option would be to just take the train those evenings.

Hi, I am very much interested in slugging as a rider from Rosslyn to Herndon Monroe. But I have rarely seen any drivers or any dedicated slug lines. All I know is that sometime people drive by the 5A bus stop to see if they can pick up anyone. But so far I have been able to get only once.
But please let me know if you come back from Rosslyn to Herndon Monroe everyday. I would be more than willing to ride with you. I am flexible with timings, anywhere between 4:15 - 5:15 is fine with me. Please reply to this post if ineterested.
