How long does it take to pick people up for 14th and Penn about 6:10am at Rt. 17. Are there a lot of people going to this area from there?

I think that 610 is a bit early for 14th street riders, you may be able to get a few at that time, but the majority of 14th street riders get to the lot after 6:30, I would say 6:45 to 7:15 or so.

I have no idea about Rt17, but the Pentagon line at Rt 610 starts before 6am. I was picked up at 5:15am one morning while I was waiting for the bus. I'm 90% sure the DC line starts on or before 6am also.
