Being new to the area---where is Horner Rd?

It's near Exit 158 of I-95 in Prince William County.

It's the big commuter lot at the NW corner of I-95 and Prince William Parkway. You access it from PW Parkway or from Telegraph Rd just north of Caton Hill Rd.
