[?]I have decided to try slugging. I have never tried it. So I think I am supposed to park at “Bob’s” which is really close to the shopping plaza on Old Keene Mill and Bland street.(?)
Where do I stand to get a ride in the morning to 14th & Constitution NW?
If I wanted to get to 14 th & Constitution by around 7/7:30 am, when should I try to be at Bob’s? Would there be a better time? (My work start and end time is pretty flexible.) How long should one expect to wait for a ride in the morning?
Then to return… Do I just stand on 14 th at the park bench? Do most people picking you up at that location go to Bob’s? When is a good time to catch a ride?
Do I really need a sign?

Designated commuter parking is behind the bank/travel agency. Look for signs on the lampposts.
Cross Old Keene Mill and walk to the old Circuit City lot (between the church and Long John Silvers). You'll note 2 lines - the one closest to the church goes to 14th street destinations.
Getting to the line between 6:30 and 6:45 should get you downtown between the hours you indicated.
Yes, go to that location. Drivers go to Bob's and Rolling Valley, primarily to Bob's. Anytime after 3:30 is a good time.
No sign is needed.
Good luck.
