Can anyone tell me why the evening slugline from 19 & I Street has not done well. You get plenty of rides in the morning to 18th Street why not pick up the sluggs on 19 & I in the evening. Instead I've heard you have to go to the Pentagon or Rosslyn in the evenings. I'm out there every day by like 5:00-5:10 and the Woodbrige, Potomac Mills, lines are moving along and the Stafford line goes nowhere. Is there a way we can email drivers/sluggers to get this line to take off and let them know when we will be out there for rides homes. I'm sure it would save everyone time by not having to drive or slugg in the evenings from Pentagon and Rosslyn.
