Looking to form or join a car pool: I work at DuPont Circle, 8:30 to 5, and I am tired of slugging. Are there any car pools leaving any of the Stafford commuter lots around 7 a.m. or so and departing from 19th or 20th and L or M around 5:10 or so who may be looking for another passenger?
