How early does pick up start at Pentagon to go to Stafford 610 (behind McDonalds)?

I've been there as early as 3, it picks up around 3:30.

Great for you. I used to slug home from there but the wait seemed to get longer and longer. Just rememeber the Pentagon is a more organized reliable route.
