My work hours may change soon. What is the average wait time for attaining a ride between 5:30 and 6pm.

I guess not... but take a look at the response to my thread Reality Check - Rosslyn... apparently slugs are picked up from the Pentagon well past 6:00pm (go figure).

From this info, I doubt that there is a very long wait time.
