Is there a shuttle from 23rd St (Presidential Towers or Taylor Bldg) to the slug lines on 12th? What time and where to catch?

ART (Arlington Trolley) circles through Crystal City during the morning and evening rush hours, at a cost of about $.50. It picks up in front of Presidential Towers and goes all the way down Crystal Drive to where the slug lines are at the North end. If you are a DoD employee (military, civilian or contractor) with a DoD badge or CAC card, the DoD buses also go that way, and run every 20 minutes (approx) all day long (for free). They are the blue and white busses that look like old school buses. The bus schedule and routes are posted inside the glass doors on the lobby level of Presidential Towers. [:D]
