Where, in relation to the Stafford County Slug pick up area at tht Pantagon, is the pick-up point for the Horner Road Lot?

Come out of the metro, head towards South Parking area. When you get to the road (Rotary Rd N--most don't know the name), turn left and keep on walking until you see a group of people in that northernmost parking area across Eads St.

Horner is one of them.

To see a map of what was described, from that same page, near the very bottom, there is a link that says "View Building Circular PBM-03-29." That has the map that will show Horner location.
