Anyone need a regular rider from 19th or 21st Streets/ I Street to the Horner Road lot in the afternoons? I have a flexible schedule so I can adjust my morning commute and be available to leave the city anywhere from 3:45 to 4:45 PM.

I know of another rider who can be picked up along 21st Street on the way out of the city as well, taking care of that whole HOV-3 thing.
