I just wonder if the slug-line 19th and F is operating in the mornings from Bob's pickup in Springfield?

any idea? what's the best time?

It runs from Bob's all morning from 6 to 8:45. There is one line for 18th / 23rd Sts and another for 12th / 14th / L'Enfant. The 18th / 23rd line is on the side of the lot closest to the Mobil station. If you slug, the drivers will say 18th and something and usually will drop off anywhere along 18th as far as they go. If you drive, tell the slugs if you are going up 18th or 23rd and how far. Simple.
