BNA moves to Crystal City

Publisher BNA will relocate its headquarters to Crystal City.

BNA, currently based in D.C.'s West End, will invest $110 million and move more than 1,000 jobs to Crystal City by 2007.

BNA has signed a letter of intent to buy 1801 S. Bell St., a 290,000-square-foot building owned by Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty, and says the building will be fully renovated. In exchange, Charles E. Smith will get BNA's current headquarters in a like-kind exchange.

Should that be Ball Street? [:D][8D][?]

Anyway, do slugs have a welcome wagon package for the new neighbors?
