Please don't wear cologne, we've picked-up slugs wearing enough cologne to choke a horse. A lot is awful, but even a little can make some folks allergies and asthma act up. And please, please bathe and brush your teeth, we can clean the back seat but the stench of unwashed body or dirty teeth can linger in your nose and the car for a long time afterward.

So which do you want? Cologone or B.O.? People complain way to much. I have never had any of these problems in my 2 years of slugging. Bad luck or something for you I guess.

Here we go again on the same ol same ol thread. I hate smells, I have allergies, My seats get dirty, I dont like this kinda music. TWO WORDS - DRIVE YOURSELF. I think this is just another start of a thread to stir up the sh!t as usual. Tugboat, Your ship has left the dock...

I dont like drivers that don't say anything when a slug offends them, but then goes to a public forum behind the secrecy of a screename to complain about the same old crap most people have to deal with daily on the metrorails. wah wah wah!!! I get to work faster than non hov'ers. WAH WAH WAH!!

Conversely, I've ridden with DRIVERS that smell as if they've marinated overnight in their cologne - both men and women. I can see where this is leading - straight down the flusher. Tugboat, you're taking on water fast.

You tell people not to wear perfume or cologne because you don't like it! I'll admit, sometimes people go overboard with the stuff, but then I guess it's my choice to not give them a ride. I mean, you can tell the minute they start getting in the car if it is too much for you. Don't be so picky. You need the slugs just as much as they need us (drivers).

Be grateful, tugboat, that folks want to do you the favor of being your slug. Without 'em you'd be with the rest of the slow boats to China in the regular lanes. I suggest you consider wearing nose plugs or a face mask.

Oh, that and my fat tax return - thanks in part to the $2,000 tax credit I got for purchasing a hybrid in '04.
