Can someone tell me if it will be any changes in Horner when the new spaces open??
I have heard the possibility in sending the people from Potomac to Horner? Is that true?

The county people say that as far as they know there will be no change at Potomac. I can't guarantee that but it is what they said.

Incidentally, the Horner lot looks like it is getting very close to opening. The lot is paved and lined and they put lights in.
