Off Hours from Pentagon

   An idea from a friend of mine:

	

	If you are trying to get south in off-slug hours from the Pentagon, have a ready-made sign and stand on the corner near the entrance to the HOV. I have never failed either early or late to get a pickup there within 5 minutes of standing there.
