I live in Bristow, VA and would like to get on 66 HOV in the morning (7 to 8am)and I'd be willing to pick up around after 4pm in the afternoon? How does that work?

My carpooler just moved to a new area. I am also looking to ride with someone from Manassas to Court House/Arlington. prefer time frame (7:45 - 8:00am) - (5:00 - 6:00pm) thanks!
