I will be working at 24th and E Streets, NW near Main State Department Building. What is the best place to get a ride around 6:15 to 6:30 am and returning around 3:45 to 4:00 pm. I am close to Cardinal Forest stop, Springfield Plaza Stop....or wherever someone needs a rider to meet them. Thanks much. gm

Bob's in the AM - there are usually a few cars that go up 23rd Street.
