New to this. I will be driving in evenings, 4PM, from 14th and Independence to Potomac Mills. Any advice? I guess I just pull up with the sign in my window?

That is about how it works, be VERY clear on where you are going and expect the occasional adventure, but it is the greatest commuting option in America.
